Members of the worldwide scientific and engineering communities interested in recent developments of complex systems are invited to attend the conference and to contribute to its technical sessions. The conference will have unique opportunity for young researches to learn form the world respected and renowned speakers on the new directions in complexity.

This workshop is being organized upon the invitation of ONCE-CS (Open Network of Centres of Excellence in Complex Systems http://www.once-cs.net), within the framework of the 7th work package for coordination and networking in the area of research in complex systems.
