SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCES, SYMPOSIA AND CULTURAL EVENTS


    Over the last thirty-five years the Macedonian Academy has organised more than 150 scientific and scholarly conferences, symposia and other meetings, as well as a great number of exhibitions, concerts, launchings and promotions.

          Among these we would mention:

          The Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts holds regular exhibitions in its Art Gallery. It has organised more than 70 exhibitions of various artists, members of the Academy or members of other academies. It has presented the work of the founders of contemporary Macedonian visual arts: Nikola Martinoski, Lazar Licenoski, Vangel Kod`oman, Dimitar Avramovski–Pandilov, Borko Lazeski, Jordan Grabuloski, Dimce Koco, Dimo Todorovski, as well as contemporary artists: Tome Serafimovski, Dimitar Kondovski, Vasko Ta{kovski, Slavko Janevski, Boro Mitri}eski, Kole Manev, Dimitar Malidanov, Danco Kal'cev, Trajce Jancevski and others. The Academy has also exhibited the works of a number of foreign artists and members of Balkan and European academies.
